Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within info@savo.ae. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if applicable): 1–3 business days

  • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat rate of 20 AED applies to orders for UAE.

  • A flat rate of 80 AED applies to orders for GCC Countries.
  • A flat rate of 140 AED applies to orders for Insternational Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel in real-time.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return or exchange the item under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return is not applicable for perfumes and certain accessories due to hygiene concerns.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Perfumes

  • Accessories (if used or unsealed)

  • Discounted or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@savo.ae with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us (customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to exchange the item (subject to availability). Please mention this clearly when requesting a return.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
